My interest in yoga is combining movement with breath in order to feel both emotion and connection in your body. As well as building physical strength and flexibility, yoga can offer mental strength and allow you to feel a sense of stillness within. For me, yoga is not about forced movement or achieving challenging postures. Whether you have taken a yoga class before or not yoga is about the breath therefore it is for anyone. With practice, yoga can often help you find a sense of calm and clarity or simply provide another 'tool' to enhance your physical and emotional health. I offer 1-1 yoga either on it's own or as part of the combined package with Massage and Reiki. Yoga sessions will be individualised depending on your needs and include breathing, meditation and movement.
